A MYM agency runs the business side of a creator’s page on MYM (mym.fans): the subscription price, paid push media, the private-message inbox and the traffic that arrives from outside the platform. Bunny Agency has done this work for creators since 2019. We charge 25%–50% of what the account earns, depending on scope, and the figure is written into the agreement before anything is signed.
Two facts shape everything below. MYM pays creators directly, into a bank account in their own name, so any agency’s cut is invoiced afterwards. And MYM’s help centre states that it has no partner agencies and certifies none, which means no agency, this one included, can claim MYM’s backing. What does a MYM agency do day to day?
It runs the commercial work around your content, and the content stays your call. The work falls into five areas.

How much does a MYM agency cost next to MYM’s own fees?
You pay two separate layers. MYM takes its fee on every sale before anything reaches you, and an agency takes its commission from what is left, on a basis the contract should spell out.

MYM’s contract works through its own case: a €100 media bought by a fan in France leaves the creator €73.28. We checked these rates against MYM’s creator terms (version of 24 July 2025) on 30 September 2026. Our pricing page runs the same arithmetic on €1,000 of sales and then applies an agency rate, and MYM’s fees in full covers the SuperStar discount.
What do MYM’s rules allow an agency to do?
Quite a lot, and MYM says so in its own terms. The creator contract defines an agency as a “Mandataire”, a person or company the creator engages, and says it may be active on the creator’s account for the work it was hired to do. The user terms add that a creator may hand messaging to an agent, a chatbot or an AI.
The permission comes with conditions:
- Any agent must be declared to MYM without delay, by email to support@mym.fans.
- The creator stays fully responsible for every action taken through the account, whoever took it.
- Login details are personal and confidential. MYM says it will never ask for your password and points teams to Infloww, its only official CRM partner, as a way to chat without handing the password over.
MYM says it does not oppose this kind of support and strongly recommends a signed contract. Before you sign with anyone, ask how they will get into the account and whether they will be declared to MYM. With us, the access method is settled in writing before work starts.
What stays with the creator?
The things that are hardest to recover if they go wrong. A MYM account is personal and cannot be transferred once certified, so it stays in your name for as long as it exists. MYM pays out only to a bank account the creator owns, and changing that account needs a code sent by SMS to your phone. You keep the account email and the two-factor device. Prices stay yours as well: MYM’s terms say the creator chooses them, under their sole responsibility, so we propose and you approve.
Do you need an agency on MYM at all?
No. Every tool described on this page is open to a creator working alone. An agency is worth its commission only when it brings in more than it costs, usually because answering fans and promoting the page take more hours than you have. How much MYM agencies take shows what others charge, and how rarely they say.

What is a MYM agency?
A MYM agency is a company a creator hires to run part or all of the business behind a MYM page: pricing, paid messages, fan chat, promotion. MYM’s creator contract has its own word for such a firm, “Mandataire”, meaning an agent the creator engages who may work on the account. The creator remains the account holder and is paid by MYM directly, while the agency earns a commission set out in a written contract.
Does MYM allow agencies to manage accounts?
Yes. MYM’s terms let an agent work on a creator’s account, messaging included, on two conditions: the agent declares itself to MYM at support@mym.fans, and the creator answers for anything done on the account. MYM does not endorse particular firms. Its help centre says there are no partner or certified agencies, so treat any claim of official MYM status with suspicion. We checked this on 30 September 2026.
How much commission do you charge on MYM?
Between 25% and 50% of the revenue the account generates. The rate follows scope: an account where we handle pricing and planning sits near the bottom, and one where we also cover the inbox around the clock and run outside traffic sits near the top. Your rate, and the amount it is calculated on, are written into the agreement before you sign. MYM’s own fees are separate and come off first.
Who owns the MYM account while we work together?
You do, from start to finish. MYM accounts are personal and, once certified, cannot be passed to anyone else; the only exception MYM allows is a move to a company, with its prior approval. Payouts can only go to a bank account in your name, and the email and two-factor device that control the login stay with you. We never hold your payout details, so if we part ways there is nothing to hand back.
