MYM Agency Pricing
Last updated
Our MYM agency pricing is one commission of 30% to 60% of what the account earns. Where your rate falls depends on how much of the work we run, and it goes into a written agreement before you sign, together with the amount it is calculated on and the exit terms. MYM keeps its own fees first and pays you directly; our invoice comes afterwards.
What decides where you land in our MYM agency pricing?
Scope. Light management sits near 30%, full service near 60%, and most accounts fall somewhere between, depending on which parts of the work we take on.
| Part of the work | Light scope, rate nearer 30% | Full scope, rate nearer 60% |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription price, push media and Media on Demand plan | Ours | Ours |
| Posting calendar and weekly report | Ours | Ours |
| Fan messages | Usually yours | Our team, 24/7 |
| Traffic from outside MYM | Usually yours | Ours |
| Offers to lapsed and interested fans | Usually yours | Ours |
There is no price list beyond that range, because the rate follows the work agreed for your account. Nothing else is charged: no setup fee, no retainer, no content package and no course. MYM account management describes each line of the table in detail.
What is our commission calculated on?
On the amount the agreement names. MYM’s contract sets the order in which a sale shrinks: VAT comes off the fan’s payment, then bank fees calculated on the VAT-inclusive price, then MYM’s commission on what remains. Each of those stages produces a figure that someone could call “revenue”, so the agreement says which one our percentage applies to.
What does €1,000 of MYM sales leave after fees and commission?
It depends on the sale type, the fan’s country and the agency basis. The example below is hypothetical: €1,000 of push and private media at pre-VAT prices, bought by fans in France (20% VAT), on an account paying the 7% bank fee. It follows the calculation order in MYM’s creator terms and scales up MYM’s own €100 example, which ends at €73.28.
| Step | Calculation | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Fans pay, VAT included | €1,000 + 20% | €1,200.00 |
| VAT, passed on to the state | €200.00 | |
| MYM bank fees | 7% of €1,200 | €84.00 |
| Base for MYM’s commission | €1,000 − €84 | €916.00 |
| MYM commission on media | 20% of €916 | €183.20 |
| MYM pays the creator | €916 − €183.20 | €732.80 |
| Agency at 30% of that payout | 30% of €732.80 | €219.84 |
| Creator keeps at 30% | €512.96 | |
| Agency at 60% of that payout | 60% of €732.80 | €439.68 |
| Creator keeps at 60% | €293.12 |
The agency lines assume the agreement sets the basis as what MYM pays out. That is an assumption made for the example. Had the same 30% been taken from the €1,000 pre-VAT sales, the agency would take €300.00 and the creator would keep €432.80, which is €80.16 less for identical work. That gap is why the basis belongs in writing.
The other variables move the numbers too. The same €1,000 sold as subscriptions leaves €687.00 after MYM, because MYM keeps 25% there. On an account MYM classes as low risk, the contract sets bank fees at 3.5%, and the media example would leave €766.40; MYM’s help centre, however, quotes a flat 7%. A fan in the United States pays no VAT, so the bank fee falls to €70.00 and the payout rises to €744.00. The arithmetic is ours; the rates were checked against MYM’s creator terms (version of 24 July 2025) and help centre on 30 September 2026, and MYM may change them with 15 days’ notice. MYM fees explained goes through every layer.
How does our pricing compare with other MYM agencies?
Most agencies do not publish a rate at all. Of the 14 MYM agency websites we read on 30 September 2026, 2 gave a number: one quotes 35% to 50%, and the other charges 0% because MYM pays it through the ambassador scheme, 10% of a referred creator’s earnings for 24 months, taken out of MYM’s share. That scheme only covers accounts created through the referral link. French editorial sources mostly put agency rates between 30% and 70%, with one outlier at 10% to 20%. Our commission study has the method, and what MYM agencies take sets the figures side by side.
What happens if you leave?
Nothing has to come back to you, because nothing was handed over. The account, the payout bank account and the recovery email stay in your name throughout. The agreement fixes the notice period before you sign, and MYM itself advises creators to make sure any agency contract covers exit terms. MYM agency contracts lists the other clauses to read.
Frequently asked questions
Is the commission charged on gross or net earnings?
On the basis written into your agreement, and that line deserves a careful read. On MYM a sale passes through several amounts: what the fan pays including VAT, the pre-VAT price, the figure after bank fees, and what MYM finally pays you. The same percentage of the first is far larger than of the last. Our agreement names the amount the commission applies to, so there is no argument later.
Are there any upfront fees?
None. You pay nothing to join, nothing each month and nothing for photos, packages or training. We earn only a share of revenue the account generates, so no money is due before the account earns. In our reading of 14 MYM agency websites in September 2026, none showed an upfront fee, but two sold paid training on the same site, so check what else an agency is selling.
Can I leave, and what happens to my account?
Yes. The notice period is in the agreement you sign, so you know it before you start. Leaving takes nothing from you: the MYM account was always in your name, MYM pays your own bank account, and you keep the email and two-factor device. When the notice runs out, change your password and disconnect any access or tools you set up for our team.
