MYM Account Management

Last updated

MYM account management is the day-to-day running of a creator’s MYM page by someone else: setting the subscription price, planning push media, stocking Media on Demand, scheduling lives, keeping the feed inside MYM’s posting rules, winning back lapsed fans and reporting the numbers. When Bunny Agency manages an account, the creator still approves every price and decides what content exists.

What does MYM account management cover?

Everything on the page that earns money, apart from making the content.

How do we price a MYM subscription?

MYM’s company site gives a range of €4.99 to €99.99 a month; the creator contract sets no floor or ceiling and leaves the price to the creator. Prices are entered before VAT, and each fan then pays the VAT of their own country. Subscriptions run monthly or as a prepaid term, which turns monthly when it ends.

We rarely treat the subscription as the main earner. MYM’s fee is 25% on subscriptions but 20% on push media, private media, lives and tips, so the creator keeps five points more of every euro sold through messages. That gap is why we plan the paid media first and set the subscription around it. MYM allows one first-month campaign at a time, with discounts from 5% to 100%, and a promo code the creator issues lowers the price before MYM’s fee is worked out.

How do push media, private media and Media on Demand work together?

Push media is paid content sent through messages to one or many fans, and MYM only lets a fan buy a paid push if they already subscribe. Private media starts with a fan’s request: the creator names a price and must deliver within 72 hours of payment. Media on Demand is a paid library under its own tab on the profile.

MYM push media covers pricing each format, and the MYM chatting team runs the conversations that sell them.

Where do lives and private shows fit?

MYM lives can be free or sold by ticket. A private show is a one-to-one live lasting 5 minutes to 2 hours, priced between €19.99 and €1,000 according to MYM’s help centre. Both need you live on camera, so you decide whether they are in the plan.

Which posting rules does MYM set?

Public posts must not be explicit; blurred posts, which only subscribers open, have no such limit. MYM’s documents disagree on daily volume: the creator contract allows 2 public and 300 non-public media a day, and the help centre says 5 public posts. We plan to the contract’s lower figure.

Posting also counts toward SuperStar status, which MYM reviews on the 1st of each month. It asks for 50 active subscribers all month, at least 2 feed posts a week and private media delivered within 48 hours on average. SuperStars pay one point less commission (the help centre excludes tips from that) and are the only creators MYM suggests beyond a fan’s own search.

How does onboarding for MYM account management work?

After a call, scope, rate, access method and exit terms go into a written agreement. A new account then needs MYM certification before any fan can see it: at least three published media, a passport or national ID card (driving licences are refused), a security selfie and a phone number confirmed by SMS. Everything posted must show the account holder, and content with other people needs a separate photographer account. Once the page is live, we audit the prices and set the first month’s push plan.

What does reporting look like?

Weekly and in writing, with MYM’s own statements as the cross-check; the questions below cover what each report contains. When you read any MYM figure, remember that earnings do not clear at once: MYM holds media, tips and live tickets for 7 days, monthly subscriptions for 15 days and six-month subscriptions for 60, so a good week reaches your balance later. All rules on this page were checked against MYM’s terms and help centre on 30 September 2026.

Pricing explains how our commission sits on top of MYM’s fees, and MYM marketing covers where new subscribers come from.

Frequently asked questions

How long does onboarding take?

It depends mostly on where your account stands. A person replies to every application within 24 to 48 hours, a call follows if there is a fit, and nothing starts until the agreement is signed. An existing certified MYM page can move straight to a pricing audit. A new one must first pass MYM’s identity certification, for which MYM publishes no timescale, and stays hidden from fans until it does.

What do I still decide myself?

The content and the limits around it. You decide what you make, what you will never make and which requests are refused. You approve prices, which MYM’s terms leave to the creator. You hold the bank account MYM pays, the login email and the two-factor device, and you can switch messaging off entirely, since MYM leaves that setting to the creator. You can also end the agreement on the notice terms written into it.

What reporting do I get?

A written report every week showing what the account earned, split by MYM’s income types (subscriptions, push media, private media, tips and lives), what we changed and what comes next. MYM sends its own monthly summary on the 15th and an annual statement each January, so you can compare our figures with the platform’s instead of taking our word for them. Ask any agency whether its numbers can be checked that way.
