MYM Chatting Service
Last updated
MYM chatting is the work of running a creator’s private messages on MYM, the inbox where paid push media, custom private media, tips and private-show bookings are sold. MYM’s own terms let agents, chatbots and AI run that inbox. Our MYM chatting team uses trained people only (chatters, or “chatteurs” in French): software assists them, but a person writes every reply, inside limits the creator sets in writing.
Where does MYM chatting make money?
In four places, all of them inside the messaging tab. MYM’s fee is the same 20% on each, lower than its 25% on subscriptions.
| Sale | How it starts | MYM’s fee | Rule worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Push media | Paid media sent to one or many fans | 20% | Only subscribers can buy a paid push |
| Private media | A fan asks for something made for them | 20% | Delivery is due within 72 hours of payment |
| Tips | A fan pays what they like | 20% | Nothing is owed in return |
| Private shows | A fan books a one-to-one live | 20% | 5 minutes to 2 hours, €19.99–€1,000 |
Bank fees of 3.5% or 7% of the VAT-inclusive price come off before MYM’s percentage in every row. MYM also lets a creator send an offer every 7 days to former subscribers and to “interested” fans, meaning people who starred the profile, liked a public photo or left a checkout unfinished. MYM push media explains pricing for the first row.
Does MYM allow chatbots, AI or an agency to answer fans?
Yes, in so many words. In English: the creator may run their messaging through a chatbot or an agent, and using AI for it is also allowed. The fan-side sales terms repeat the point, and MYM accepts no liability toward a fan who is unhappy to learn they were talking to an agent or an AI. We read both on 30 September 2026.
Permission does not shift responsibility. MYM’s creator contract makes the creator answerable for every action taken through the account, including by an agent. That is why each message our team sends has to fit limits you have written down.
Do fans have to be told who is replying?
MYM leaves it to the creator but says what it expects. Its help centre states that the law sets no disclosure duty, that MYM cannot detect whether an agency or an AI runs an account, and that each creator should tell fans transparently who answers their messages. We advise creators to be open about it, and our chatters work from a written brief of what they may and may not say in your name.
Why does our MYM chatting team use people rather than bots?
MYM would let us automate, and we choose not to. A person can tell a joke from a complaint, slow down a conversation that is heading somewhere you would not want, and turn down a request without losing the fan. Those calls shape how fans see you, and under MYM’s terms you carry the consequences. MYM chatter jobs describes the work from the chatter’s side.
What goes into the written limits?
Everything a chatter may and may not do in your name:
- topics and words that are off limits
- which media may be offered, to whom, and the lowest price you accept
- whether custom requests are taken, and which kinds
- how to answer personal questions about you
- what to say when a fan asks to talk somewhere else
That last point matters on MYM. Inviting a fan to a competing platform, or contacting fans to share paid media outside MYM, is a breach of MYM’s creator terms and can lead to suspension. Our chatters keep every conversation on MYM.
How does a chat team reach the MYM inbox?
MYM treats login details as personal and confidential, says it will never ask for your password, and recommends two-factor authentication by SMS. For teams, its help centre points to Infloww, its only official CRM partner, which lets someone chat without receiving the password. On 30 September 2026 Infloww could not send push messages and ran on desktop only. The access method for your account is agreed in writing before we begin, and it is the first question to put to any agency.
Which languages can the chat team cover?
MYM’s app runs in eight languages, but MYM publishes nothing on where its fans live. The languages we cover depend on who writes to your account, and we confirm them before you sign. MYM account management covers the rest of the page, and pricing shows what chat cover adds to the rate.
Frequently asked questions
Are your MYM chatters bots or AI?
No. Every message on a MYM account we manage is written by a trained person on our team. MYM’s terms would allow a chatbot or an AI to run the inbox, and some creators choose that. We do not, because a person can read tone, refuse a request politely and stay within the limits you set. Software helps our chatters work, but it does not write to your fans.
Do fans know a team answers the messages?
Only if the creator tells them. MYM requires no announcement and cannot itself detect who runs an inbox. Its fan terms warn in general that messages may come from an agent or a chatbot, and its help centre asks creators to be transparent about it. Our advice is one plain line on the profile saying a team helps with messages, agreed with you before the chat team starts.
Which languages do the chatters write in?
That depends on your fans. MYM’s interface comes in French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Portuguese and Russian, but MYM publishes no figures on where its users live. Before you sign, we look at the languages your fans actually write in and state in writing which of them our team will cover. Messages in any language outside that list are not part of the promise.
