What Is MYM Fans?

MYM Fans is what most people call MYM, a French subscription platform at mym.fans. Creators charge a monthly fee to unblur their feed and sell paid messages, made-to-order media, tips and live shows on top. The company behind it is AIR MEDIAS SAS, headquartered in Paris, and the brand launched in 2019. MYM keeps a commission on every sale.
We checked every figure below against MYM’s legal notice, its company site and its help centre on 30 September 2026. Where MYM’s own pages disagree with each other, we say so.
What is MYM Fans, and who runs it?
MYM is a brand of AIR MEDIAS, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with €502,000 of share capital, SIREN 809 565 906 and a head office at 10 rue de Penthièvre in Paris. The company site says Pierre Garonnaire and Gaspard Hafner founded MYM in 2019, and its About page places the start in Lyon.
The legal entity is older than the brand. France’s official company register records AIR MEDIAS as created in January 2015, with software development as its activity code, so the business existed for four years before MYM did. One MYM statement from June 2025 dates the platform’s creation to 2018; the homepage and About page say 2019, which is the year we use. The legal notice names Gaspard Hafner as publication director and Amazon Web Services in Luxembourg as the host.
MYM has never said what its three letters stand for. “Me. You. More” (from Wikipedia) and “Meet Your Model” (from blogs) are outside guesses.
How big is MYM?
By its own count, MYM has 220,000 certified creators and 19 million users. Those homepage numbers carry no date, so we give more weight to the dated timeline on its About page.

In a statement dated 23 June 2025, MYM added that it had paid €275M to creators since launch and turned over €105M in 2024. The About page counts 61 staff. For 2023, MYM reported fewer than 45 million average monthly active recipients in the EU, which keeps it outside the Digital Services Act’s category of very large online platforms.
What do creators sell on MYM?
Seven things, all priced by the creator before VAT: subscriptions, push media, private media, a Media on Demand library, tips, paid lives and private shows. Subscriptions run from €4.99 to €99.99 a month according to MYM’s company site, and a private show costs a fan between €19.99 and €1,000.
Push media are paid messages a creator sends to fans without being asked. Private media work the other way round: the fan asks, the creator quotes a price, and delivery is due within 72 hours of payment. Media on Demand is a paid library on its own profile tab. What are MYM’s three portals?
MYM splits itself into three sites: mym.fans for fans, creators.mym.fans for creators and ambassadors.mym.fans for referrers, with corporate.mym.com as the company site. The name “MYM Fans” comes from the first domain; the legal documents simply say “MYM”.
The ambassador portal runs MYM’s referral scheme. A referrer earns 10% of a referred creator’s cleared earnings for 24 months, and MYM pays that out of its own share, so the referred creator loses nothing. Who uses MYM, influencers or adult creators?
Both. On 30 September 2026 the fan homepage grouped creators under Arts, Coaching, Glamour and Sport, while the creator contract sets apart “high risk” accounts: adult or sexy content, clairvoyance and astrology, and content tied to a regulated activity.
MYM gave its own split in the June 2025 statement. Over the previous six months, adult content was 13% of what creators published and 45% of what they earned. French press reports cited by Wikipedia put the content share at 20% in 2021 and 30% in 2023. Adult profiles are hidden by default and age-gated, and public posts must stay non-explicit, so explicit material sits behind the blur. Which languages and countries does MYM serve?
The app runs in eight languages (French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Portuguese and Russian), the help centre in four (French, English, Spanish and German) and the legal documents in French only. Prices and payout thresholds are in euros.
MYM’s 2025 press kit speaks of a rollout into new strategic European markets without naming them, and the company publishes no user or creator figures by country. Belgium and Switzerland both appear on its SEPA list for payouts. For an English-speaking creator, that means the dashboard and support work in English while the contract you accept is written in French.
How is MYM different from OnlyFans?
Mostly in the money. MYM takes 25% on subscriptions and adds bank fees, pays in euros and is run from Paris. OnlyFans’ terms state a 20% fee, transact in US dollars and name Fenix International Limited, in England and Wales, as the operator. Our MYM vs OnlyFans comparison puts the two side by side.
Where do agencies fit on MYM?
MYM’s terms let a creator hire an agent, which the contract calls a “Mandataire”. The agent must declare itself to support@mym.fans, and the creator stays responsible for everything done on the account. MYM also states that it has no partner or certified agencies, and that includes us: Bunny Agency is independent of MYM.
